The interests of our customers and our people are at the centre of everything we do and this is particularly important during these challenging times.

Our servers are hosted in data centres in America and Europe and we contract companies to provide eyes on support for them. Inmotion is our contractor in the USA and UAB “Interneto vizija” is our contractor in Europe. These companies are currently working with reduced staffing levels within the data centres and also remotely from home, this also effects our technical support staff and ability to respond to problems quickly.

We wanted to reassure you that we are working very closely with our partners to ensure we have enough server technicians available on the ground but also maintain safety and isolation between teams.

During this difficult time, we are working around the clock in answering technical support tickets as quickly as possible. Some of the products we sell, such as Weebly, CodeGuard and SiteLock, on some occasions we have to escalate support to their technical support departments – there may now be a delay in response whilst most of their support agents are also now working from home.

Finally, I want to thank you for your co-operation, understanding and patience during these uncertain times, we also hope that you and your families keep safe.
